In construction industries, precast construction has been improving day by day. Various methods have been in practice to connect precast elements like beams, columns, walls, and foundations. Prefabricated buildings contain beam-to-column connections, beam-to-beam connections, column-to-column connections, column-tofoundation connections, wall to wall connections. The precast frame buildings with masonry walls increase the load-carrying capacity of the precast buildings. The masonry unit contains clay blocks, fly ash blocks, hollow concrete blocks, light-weight blocks, etc. Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) block is one of the light-weight concrete blocks used in construction practices. AAC blocks provide a low probability of collapse at maximum credible earthquake when compared to conventional masonry blocks. The connection of beam-to-beam is modified at the ends of the beam. The results of the tested specimens are compared by failure load, displacement, and energy dissipation.
