Stream arbitration

Abstract: Alternative interconnects are attractive for scaling on-chip communication bandwidth in a power-efficient manner. However, efficient utilization of the bandwidth provided by these emerging interconnects still remains an open problem due to the spatial and temporal communication heterogeneity.
