Strategy Implementation and Performance of Non Governmental Organizations in Kericho County, Kenya

Abstract: Non-Governmental Organizations face problems related to planning, staffing, organizational change, influence of leadership on allocation of resource and competition. The study focused on strategy implementation and performance.
