PT. Adi Sarana Logistik (PT ASL) is a company engaged in the warehouse and logistics sector, which delivers many packages daily. Previously, manual scheduling took a long time, and there were violations of working hours regulations. The research was conducted at the outbound division, in picker and dispatcher units for leaders and operational staff, where the number of operational staff varies each month, so there are four schedules were produced where this study aims to minimize overtime hours for each level of staffs and units by Goal Programming and Binary Integer Programming which are completed with LINGO 18.0. The results of this study have been implemented in the company, where the schedule only takes a few seconds, while previously, it took 1-2 days. The scheduling carried out in this study is in October 2022, where all employees for leaders and staff in each unit have 22 working days, nine days off, 1 hour of overtime, and follow the rules.

Křížová cesta architekta Duša na Jurkoviče , mají cí mezi díly stejného účelu zcela výjimečnou podobu barvitých kapliček, je nejvýznamnějším stavebním počinem 20. století nejnavštěvovanějšího moravské ho poutního místa -Svatého Ho stýna. A to i při akceptaci sku tečnosti, že je pouhým torzem jeho nikdy nerealizovaného, vel koryse pojatého architektonicko urbanistického konceptu z ro ku 1903, řešícího úpravu celé ho poutního areálu. S výstav bou jednotlivých zastavení této tzv. nové křížové cesty, 1) táhnou cích se "jak pestrá zrnka růžence od cesty k rozhledně dolů úvalem lesním až zase vzhůru pod kostel", 2) započal již následujícího ro ku superior stanice Tovaryšstva Ježíšova na Svatém Hostýně, 3) P. František Zimmerhackel (ve Jano köhler cobY zaVršItel díla dušana JurkoVIče na hostýně: "Iluze a skutečnost" anna GrossoVá Jano Köhler as the Accomplisher of Dušan Jurkovič's Work at Hostýn: 'Illusion and Reality' The most renowned pieces of artwork of the RAKO Company in Moravia are the ceramic pictures installed in twelve stations of Jurkovič's Stations of the Cross on Mount Hostýn, created after the designs and under the supervision of the Moravian painter Jano Köhler during 1912-1933. The cut mosaic technology, developed by Emil Sommerschuh, the director of the RAKO Company, was used which appeared in architectural decoration from the beginning of the 20 th century to the 1930 s. The text continues the article 'Comments on the Origin of the Stations of the Cross Made by Dušan Jurkovič on Mount Hostýn and the Problems of Its Renewal' published in Průzkumy památek (Historical Monuments' Research) last year, and it complements the previous insufficiently interpreted process of creation of these ceramic mosaics. This compelled the author, similarly to the previous article about Jurkovič and unlike the previous publications, to present this story with the use of authentic testimonies whose basis, requiring thorough archival research, is private correspondence.

With increased business intricacies, human resource (HR) managers must possess relevant competencies to meet market demands. The study investigates the relationship among HR competencies, innovative HR practices, and organizational effectiveness. It also conducts an importance-performance analysis for HR competencies to identify the skill gap. A structured questionnaire comprising 31 questions was used to measure various components of HR competencies, innovative HR practices, and organizational effectiveness. 247 HR managers working in various companies in Tamil Nadu are selected based on a purposive sampling technique. Importance-performance analysis was carried out for items and dimensions of HR competencies. Confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and mediation analysis using regressions are further carried out on the collected data. The skill gap analysis revealed that the abilities to use the latest insights in various HR practices, co-craft strategic agenda, align the company’s activities with customer needs, and connect people through technology must be improved. The regression results indicated that the competencies of the strategic positioner, credible architect, capacity builder, and technology proponent are needed to improve organizational effectiveness. The innovative HR practices partially mediated the relationship between HR competencies and organizational effectiveness. The study meets the literature gap in the area of the contribution of HR managers toward organizational effectiveness through their competencies and the adoption of HR practices.
