PurposeThis study aims to investigate an under-researched area, an international marketing perspective, based on international dynamic capability, environmental sustainability and organizational marketing performance in gamification and non-gamification-based organizational culture (OC). This paper deepens the understanding of gamification-based and non-gamification-based OC influence on innovation capability and environmental and organizational marketing performance through the theory of organizational creativity and the theory of administrative behavior (AB).Design/methodology/approachThe authors collect data from firms that abide by the ISO 14091 certifications to ensure the proper quality standards. Primary data from 384 firms are used to test the hypotheses. The results would help firms invest in technological solutions by practicing creativity over time. Additionally, the study helps explore how AB is critical in steering technological creativity for making firms climate-conscious.FindingsThe study's findings identified that OC has a positive influence on technological innovation capabilities and environmental innovation capabilities. Technological innovation capabilities have a beneficial impact on environmental sustainability. Environmental sustainability appears to have a substantial correlation with technological innovation skills. Environmental innovation capabilities positively impact environmental sustainability and organizational marketing performance. A moderating effect of gamification on the international dynamic capabilities within a relationship between organizational culture and environmental innovation capabilities exists.Originality/valueThe investigation is confined to understanding how gamification-based and non-gamification-based organizational marketing culture affects innovation capability, environmental sustainability and organizational performance through the lens of theory of organizational creativity and theory of AB.

The use of information systems is one of the IS/IT investments in a company. Information systems can certainly improve company performance, but many information systems have not been implemented optimally, and do not meet the company's vision, mission and goals. This research was conducted with the aim of making strategic planning for the implementation of the E-Commerce information system at PT. Beware of Digital Innovation. The strategic plan was developed based on the IT Balanced method. Data collection was carried out through interviews, then the data obtained was subjected to SWOT analysis, then mapped into the IT Balanced Scorecard. This research produces strategic recommendations that companies can implement, including: 1) from an operational excellence perspective, companies need to determine IS/IT employees and regular maintenance; 2) user orientation perspective, companies need to adjust the interface design according to customer wishes and provider manuals as a template for system use; 3) future orientation perspective, companies need to recruit employees which can be done with background checks; 4) from a business contribution perspective, companies need to maintain and improve service quality. It is hoped that the results of this research can improve the quality of PT Waspada Innovation Digital's e-commerce.

Strategic alignment is generally seen as an important driver for optimizing business performance. Strategic alignment is aligning internal resource capabilities and external opportunities for superior performance. To realize the suitability of Business and IT strategies, a framework is needed, namely Enterprise Architecture (EA). One of the frameworks for EA is The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF). TOGAF is a method for developing and managing the Enterprise Architecture life cycle called Architectural Development Method (ADM). This ADM integrates elements of the TOGAF standard in responding to the organization's business, and IT needs. In this paper, researchers will contribute to formulating a strategic alignment model to modify the existing strategic alignment in TOGAF ADM based on the business strategy model. In this business model strategy, there are two things: the analysis of business strategy choices and the Balanced Score Card (BSC) strategy map. Analysis of business strategy choices uses SWOT analysis as a business strategy determination based on internal and external business environment analysis. Second, the BSC strategy map is a process of mapping business strategies into the BSC strategy map, which includes four perspectives: financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth perspectives. This model was tested at the University Dinamika, and the results have a good alignment rate of 95%. For further research, this model can be tested in various organizations, such as universities and public and private organizations.
