Strategischer Ansatz zur Industrie 4.0-Transformation

Abstract: Kurzfassung Für Unternehmen besteht das Problem, Industrie 4.0-Anwendungsszenarien zu identifizieren und die damit verbundenen Potenziale zu nutzen. In diesem Fachbeitrag wird eine Strategie vorgestellt, die methodische und wissensbasierte Leitlinien für Entscheidungen beinhaltet, um die Wahrscheinlichkeit für nutzbringende Industrie 4.0-Transfomationen zu erhöhen.
