The study is extremely necessary for the economy of Ukraine. In the period of war, it is necessary to have an effective strategy of economic development, regulating the activities at all levels of economic development of the state. The study used the correlation and regression analysis and the method of SWOT-analysis, which allowed to evaluate the National economic strategy developed by the state until 2030 with its adjustment during the war. The economic development strategy is divided into micro-, meso-, macroeconomic levels. At each level, the directions of development of all systems are defined. Ukraine has a very large potential for economic development. Military actions allow the state to attract foreign investment and find reliable partners among foreigners. But the war has taken away the industrial regions and there is a need to specialize production in safer regions of the state. A successful economic development strategy will select the most promising and significant factors.The purpose of the research of the article was to determine the strategy of economic development of Ukraine during the war. The selected areas of research: assessment of the National economic strategy by 2030 and its possible application for the period of war; the main directions of economic development strategy for use during the war; the effectiveness of the proposed directions of development strategy of economic development. The conclusion reflects the main directions of the economic development strategy proposed for use in the war with certain vectors of development at the micro-, macro-,and meso-economic levels. The results of the SWOT-analysis are clearly described and compared with the strategic directions in the National Economic Strategy until 2030. Proposed directions for the implementation of actions in each development environment.

The problem of reviving the economy of Ukraine in the post-war period cannot be solved without the transformation of the management system. It should be subordinated to development tasks, and its methods and tools should ensure purposeful, systematic and effective innovative activity of all business entities. The goals of the article are to develop scientific and methodical approaches to managing the development of the architecture of organizational relations in the “principal-agent” economic partnership to solve the problems of forming an organizational culture adequate to the goals of transformational processes, which are the basis of innovative strategies for the development of socio-economic systems. The work argues that one of the ways to solve these problems can be the development of organizational culture, which in the conditions of the post-war transformation of the domestic economy should form the architecture of the innovation space. The author’s definition of this definition is given and the main requirements for creating such a space are characterized. It is noted that in order to solve this task in the organizational environment, it is necessary to diagnose the problems that arise in the “principal-agent” relationship. The author’s position is formulated that the formation of organizational culture of this type should be carried out using methodological approaches of behavioral theory. Its attributes and values should increase the level of trust between management and employees, reducing the risks of opportunistic behavior and increasing organizational effectiveness.

The movement of Ukrainian guest workers in the direction of Poland until 2019 was predominantly transnational in nature, as there was a constant movement of labor migrants between the national spaces of Ukraine and Poland with financial participation in the economies of the two countries at the same time. This fact is confirmed by the results of empirical sociological researches conducted by the Ukrainian Institute of the Future, the Cedos analytical agency, the Personnel Service employment agency, the Gremi Personal, and the statistical data of the International Organization for Migration, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Family and Social Development of Poland. However, the trends changed dramatically due to the global COVID-19 epidemic, later in 2022 with the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. The desire for temporary, pendulum labor mobility gave way to the desire to leave Ukraine forever and settle abroad with the whole family. A new migration trend may be associated with the movement to Poland of Ukrainian men who come after the end of the war to reunite with their families, who were moved there earlier since the beginning of hostilities in Ukraine.
