Strategic Change Management on Bogor Botanical Gardens Toward UNESCO World Heritage (Case Study on Bogor Botanical Gardens)

Abstract: This study is to analysis the implementation on change management in Bogor Botanical Gardens towards processing to become The World Heritage. The process has been doing related with Bogor Botanical Gardens vision to protect and increasing value of the Gardens.
