Strategic analysis of tuberculosis prevention and control actions in Brazil and Ethiopia: one size fits all?

Abstract: DOTS and Community DOTS cannot solve every identified Tuberculosis challenge, but together they complement each other. Both strategies need to be tailored to site's challenges.
