The importance of teaching staff in innovating in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is something that must be considered, one of which is innovating in presenting teaching materials. Electronic-based teaching materials that can be easily used by students are electronic-based student worksheets (E-LKM). E-LKM represents an easily assessable resource for a student. The utilization of E-LKM by students should be in alignment with their specific needs, one of which is the role of universities in promoting the cultivation of organic food crops. Therefore, one of the steps forward involves designing an E-LKM based on the cultivation of organic food plants. This research introduces a novel approach, which will develop an E-LKM based on organic food crop cultivation which is expected to provide insight to students about the importance of cultivating organic food crops as a form of food self-sufficiency. The development of this E-LKM design based on organic food crop cultivation adapts the ADDIE development model. It can be concluded that the ADDIE Model is used in the design of developing E-LKM based on organic food crop cultivation because it has systematic steps, is presented in detail, and produces specific products. From our result, evaluation criteria encompass material validity, practicality, and readability aiming for a minimum score of 85.0-100%.

Upstream to downstream activities of organic Arabica coffee in Klungkung Village can cause environmental pollution and have the potential to be a contributor to increased greenhouse gases (GHG) and inefficient use of energy. On the upstream side, Arabica coffee cultivation activities use organic fertilizers, but the type and dosage of organic fertilizers are without proper knowledge. On the downstream side, it uses various technologies and produces various wastes that are not yet environmentally friendly. This study aims to determine how much the impact of processing organic Arabica coffee products on the environment can be reduced so that the product can be said to be feasible as an environmentally friendly product. The method used is Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) which has stages, goals and scope, life cycle inventory, life cycle impact assessment, and interpretation. Processing organic Arabica coffee products produces a GWP of 18.0589 kg CO2-eq, and the energy use efficiency shows a NER value of 0.03 and a NEV of -33.12. The recommended alternative improvements are making all solid waste into organic fertilizer and anaerobic handling of liquid waste to produce biogas which can be used as an alternative fuel to replace LPG in the roasting process. If the alternative recommendations for improvement are implemented, it can reduce the GWP value to 6.3514 kg CO2-eq and increase the efficiency of energy use consisting of NER values of 4.53 and NEV of 126.46. Training on Cultivation of Organic Food Crops for the KWT Fajar Ayu Group and the Podo Rukun Farmer Group is an effort to increase farmers' understanding and skills in organic farming practices. This community service aims to identify the influence of this training on increasing organic food crop production as well as farmers' understanding and practices related to organic farming. This community service is carried out through socialization and discussions about organic plant cultivation, practice organic vegetable cultivation and program evaluation. The results of this community service show that training in organic food crop cultivation has had a positive impact on increasing organic food crop production, reducing the use of dangerous chemicals, and increasing farmers' understanding of organic farming practices. Apart from that, this training also contributes to increasing farmers' income and their welfare. Thus, training in organic food crop cultivation is an effective step in encouraging sustainable agricultural practices, which have the potential to increase food security and farmer welfare. The results of this community service can be an important reference for the government, agricultural institutions and other farmer groups in their efforts to promote organic farming as a sustainable solution in meeting people's food needs.
