The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has caused countless impacts and influences on human life. It disturbs the order of life and macro and micro-economics, drastically and radically changes human cultural and behavioral patterns, and greatly impacts the concepts of church theology, pastoring, and ministry. This study is a descriptive qualitative study on the COVID-19 and normal & abnormal reactions & responses to it. Through this article, the authors observed that the COVID-19 existence has transformed and recorrected the Christian paradigm on 1) ecclesiology, which to date exclusively based on building to the real Church, namely God’s people in the form of house/“tent” churches; 2) digital media utilization in this Society 5.0 era as God’s grace to all humanity. Findings and changes in society through renewable technology are an inseparable part of the pandemic. A dichotomic gap of understanding between science and technology for centuries should be reformulated. New technological inventions and social media created by humans are media in the hands of God that should be utilized by the Church to minister in various categories to improve the quality of ministry and service; and 3) creative and innovative interpretation of threefold responsibilities of the Church: koinonia, diakonia, and martyria.

Each shepherd has his own strategy or way of serving the Lord's people and reaching out to the lost. Likewise with the congregational shepherd who serves at the Indonesian Gospel Tabernacle Church (GKII) bukit Moria Kasongan Congregation. Until now, the congregation at GKII Bukit Moria Kasongan Congregation continues to exist and continues to show spiritual growth. Therefore, the author will examine how the strategy of pastoral service to the congregation in GKII of the Bukit Moria Kasongan congregation in Central Kalimantan. The purpose of this study is to explain how the pastoral ministry strategy is an effort to grow the spirituality of the congregation at GKII Bukit Moria Kasongan Congregation. The author uses qualitative research methods by collecting data through interviews with congregational pastors, congregational governing bodies and congregational members. Based on the results of the author's research, it can be concluded that from several pastoral ministry strategies carried out by shepherds such as Pastoral Counseling, Pastoral Admonition, God's Word Ministry, and Discipleship, it has an impact on the spiritual growth of the congregation at GKII Bukit Moria Kasongan which can be seen in terms of quality, namely through the attitude of life or the character of the faithful congregation in serving God and is willing to be involved in the ministry and can testify about God's help through his life. Setiap gembala memiliki strategi atau cara tersendiri dalam melayani umat Tuhan dan menjangkau orang-orang yang terhilang. Begitu juga dengan gembala sidang yang melayani di Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia (GKII) Jemaat Bukit Moria Kasongan. Hingga saat ini, jemaat di GKII Jemaat Bukit Moria Kasongan tetap eksis dan terus menunjukkan pertumbuhan secara rohani. Oleh karena itu, penulis akan meneliti bagaimana strategi pelayanan pastoral kepada jemaat yang ada di GKII jemaat Bukit Moria Kasongan Kalimantan Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana strategi pelayanan pastoral sebagai upaya pertumbuhan rohani jemaat di GKII Jemaat Bukit Moria Kasongan. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kepada gembala sidang, Badan Pengurus Jemaat maupun anggota jemaat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari beberapa strategi pelayanan pastoral yang dilakukan oleh gembala seperti, Konseling Pastoral, Perkunjungan Pastoral, Pelayanan Firman Tuhan, dan Pemuridan, berdampak bagi pertumbuhan rohani jemaat di GKII Bukit Moria Kasongan yang dapat dilihat dari segi kualitas yaitu melalui sikap hidup atau karakter jemaat setia dalam melayani Tuhan dan bersedia dilibatkan dalam pelayanan serta dapat bersaksi tentang pertolongan Tuhan melalui kehidupannya.

This article aims to analyze the pastoral service practices of Paul that are worthy of being imitated by the local church leaders today by focusing on the content of his farewell speech to the elders of the church in Ephesus based on Luke's record in Acts 20:17-38. The narrative hermeneutic method will analyze each statement related to his service actions. The results of the analysis show the pastoral service practices that are lived, taught, and need to be imitated by church leaders today in Indonesia. The study results show that the Apostle Paul presents the principles of pastoral service that are timeless and relevant to the context of local church service today. The fundamental principles he taught and the challenges pastoral leaders face today are: First, making the most of time. Pastoral leaders in the present era are challenged to maximize every opportunity in their service, especially amid many distractions and demands of the times. Second, he emphasizes the importance of humility in service. Today's leaders must be aware of the danger of arrogance and constantly realize their trustworthy source of strength. Third, Paul not only serves with enthusiasm but also with deep emotion. This challenges today's church leaders to engage emotionally, empathize with the congregation, and feel grief and joy with them. Fourth, he often faces threats and dangers in his service. Church leaders must be ready to face challenges, especially when voicing the truth of the Bible in an increasingly secular cultural context. Fifth, serving with teaching. He emphasizes the importance of correct and profound teaching. In the information age full of false teachings, pastoral leaders are challenged to continue to provide teaching based on the Bible and relevant to their congregation.
