Abstract:Monolayer indium selenide (InSe), a two-dimensional material, exhibits exceptional electronic and optical properties that can be significantly modulated via strain engineering. This study employed density functional theory to examine the structural and vibrational properties of monolayer InSe under varying biaxial strains.
