Abstract: Controllable magnetic domain walls in ferrimagnets offer great promise as information carriers for future spintronic devices. It is crucial to find low-power-consuming and efficient methods of controlling domain walls. In this work, we propose to use the strain to drive the wall motion in ferrimagnets, and we theoretically reveal the important role of the net angular momentum.
