Strain Gauge Factor and Electrical Properties of Fe–Co–Mn Alloys

Abstract: In previous work(1) two of the present authors carried out an experiment on Fe-Cr alloys subjected to about 98 % cold reduction. It was known that a Fe-20 %Cr alloy had a very large value of strain gauge factor K, 6.2, and a large temperature coefficient of authors also studied the effect of Co or Ni addition on the characteristics of Fe-Cr alloys. The result showed that the value of Kwas 3.9 and 3.7 and the value of Cf * This paper was present at the Spring Meeting of the Japan
