Stool banking for fecal microbiota transplantation: methods and operations at a large stool bank

Abstract: Objectives: Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) is a recommended therapy for recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection and is being investigated as a potential therapy for dozens of microbiome-mediated indications.
