Stöd och service till personer med utvecklingsstörning En studie om förändringar i Sverige och Finland mellan åren 1990 – 2010

Abstract: Stödet och servicen till personer med utvecklingsstörning har genomgått stora förändringar under de senaste decennierna i både Sverige och Finland vad gäller såväl målen som organisationen av verksamheten. Konsekvenserna av dessa förändringar har medfört både möjligheter och hinder.
