In this article, a Neumann expansion Monte Carlo stochastic meshless point interpolation method (NMC-SMPIM) is developed to obtain the stochastic structural responses. Furthermore, an artificial immune genetic algorithm (AIGA) is embedded within the NMC-SMPIM to perform the structural reliability analysis to avoid some challenging problems including easy appeared precocity, low searching efficiency, and poor individual diversity. Numerical examples show that the results obtained by the AIGA algorithm-embedded NMC-SMPIM are accurate, and this method has advantages in analysis of responses and reliability of probabilistic structures with moderate variance coefficients.
