Responsibility and sustainability play a larger role in the activities of global businesses. The practice of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) can be used to promote more responsible and sustainable behavior. PT PLN Indonesia Power PLTGU Cilegon OMU is a sub holding of an Indonesian state-owned corporation committed to fostering a responsible and sustainable culture through CSR. The old CSR program in Margasari village, the company’s first ring area, must be replaced because it has come to its exit time. Based on the Social Mapping Document 2022 and interviews, a SWOT analysis is conducted taking into account the current situation of the community. The analysis indicates that a new sewing group named Pujasari could be implemented as the new CSR program in the village of Margasari. Nevertheless, since a CSR program is a social investment, the company must be confident in the program’s future return for the community. This study aims to determine the program’s economic feasibility, Social Return on Investment (SROI) value, variables that may influence SROI achievement, and contribution to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). In calculating SROI, the triple bottom line concept will be used, while the economic feasibility will use capital budgeting method. A sensitivity analysis will be conducted to determine the critical variable for achieving SROI. The study demonstrates that the calculation utilizing the triple bottom line concept (considering economic, social, and environmental benefit) over a 5-year project period yields an NPV of IDR 1,988 mio, an IRR of 109%, with a WACC of 13.349%. The program’s SROI is 20.39, indicating that for every IDR 1 invested by the company in this program, IDR 20.39 in social benefit will be generated. Analysis of sensitivity reveals that WACC, the selling price of rags, working productivity, and price of rag primary materials are, in order, the most sensitive variables affecting the project’s SROI value. In addition, the program demonstrates contribution to SDGs 1, 5, 8, 12, and 13.

Photovoltaic and Battery Energy Storage System (PV-BESS) is a system for utilizing solar energy. The off-grid PV-BEES design is used for vehicle electric charging stations to ensure the security of the electricity supply and is economically feasible. The HOMER application is used in this study to simulate energetic and economic feasibility. As a result, the offgrid system produces energy of 474,027 kWh/year, consumes energy of 1,957 kWh/year, the excess energy of 471,968 kWh/year, and the value of NPC, COE, ROI is Rp.733,403,300.00, Rp.17,783.04 and -7% respectively. At the same time, the improvised system, by turning it into an on-grid, produces energy, consumed energy, and excess energy of 553,985 kWh/year, 517,790 kWh/year, and 14,410 kWh/year, respectively. For the value of NPC, COE, and ROI, respectively, Rp.934,259,900, Rp.85.63, 46.6%. Finally, it can be said that offgrid PV-BESS is a practical choice for doing more than only lowering emissions by utilizing solar energy. Off-grid PV-BEES has a tremendous excess energy of 471,968 kWh annually. According to energy analysis, it has a high COE value. Propose to Improve an on-grid system. Improvements were made that allow excess energy to be shared with other customers. According to economic analysis, this makes the system more cost-effective, with a potential payback in the second year.

In the context of traffic safety, the interplay between the road environment and the human factor emerges as a critical determinant of the severity of road crash consequences. This study was designed to explore the perceptions of professional drivers regarding the road environment, with a particular focus on the elements that either contribute to or mitigate safety risks. A comprehensive survey was conducted, wherein 118 professional drivers from the Republic of Serbia were asked to rate photographs depicting various road environments in terms of safety. The investigation aimed to elucidate the extent to which these drivers recognize and assess road hazards, as well as to examine potential variations in their evaluations based on demographic characteristics. The findings underscore the significant impact of the road environment on traffic safety, particularly highlighting the role of solid obstacles such as trees, pillars, and masonry objects. When vehicles veer off the road, collisions with these obstacles frequently result in exacerbated outcomes of road crashes. The methodology employed in this research involved a quantitative analysis of the survey responses, ensuring a systematic evaluation of the drivers' perceptions. The study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by offering insights into the evaluative processes of professional drivers concerning the road environment, thereby informing strategies aimed at enhancing driver safety.
