Stimulating Macropinocytosis for Intracellular Nucleic Acid and Protein Delivery: A Combined Strategy with Membrane-Lytic Peptides To Facilitate Endosomal Escape

Abstract: Delivery of biomacromolecules via endocytic pathways requires the efficient accumulation of cargo molecules into endosomes, followed by their release to the cytosol.
