Stevens-Johnson Syndrome Associated With Chlordiazepoxide

Abstract: Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) are rare, acute, but serious cutaneous adverse reactions, associated with exposure to drugs and can result in significant morbidity and mortality.
