Abstract: Amiodarone-induced bilateral diffuse pulmonary fibrosis developed in a 47-year-old woman with idiopathic hypertrophic subvalvular aortic stenosis who had been treated with amiodarone (Cordarex), 300 mg daily for about 18 months.
