Steroide und Sexualhormone. (90. Mitteilung). Über die Herstellung der beiden moschusartig riechenden Δ¹⁶‐Androstenole‐(3) und verwandter Verbindungen

Abstract

--des Sublimates aus wenig Aceton erhielt man 39,5 mg weisse Nadeln mit unscharfem Smp. von 123O, [a]? = +6,5O (f 2O). Zur weiteren Reinigung wurde in Petrolither gelost und an Aluminiumoxyd (Aktivitat IV) chromatopphiert. AUB den Benzoleluaten wurden 15 mg der farblosen, scharf bei 122,5-123O schmelzenden Verbindung G erhalten. Mit dem kiinstlich hergestellten ~I~~-Androsten-ol-(3,8) gab die Verbindung G keine Schmelzpunktserniedgung, wiihrend durch die Verbindung F der Schmelzpunkt um etwa 20° erniedrigt m d e . Fur die Analyse wurde bei 0,03 mm und 1000 sublirniert. 3,092 mg Subst. gaben 9,443 mg CO, und 3,059 mg H20 C,,H,,O Ber. C 83,15 H ll,02% Gef. ,, 83,34 ,, 11,07 94, Die Verbindung G gab eine stark positive Farbenreaktion nach Kagi und Maescher und eine Gelbfarbung mit Tetranitromethan. In Alkohol gelost, zeigte sie keine Absorption im U. V. Der moschusartige Geruch der Verbindung G ist vie1 schwacher als derjenige der Verbindung F. 1 mg Substanz in 0,2 em3 Alkohol gaben mit 5 mg Digitonin in 0,2 om3 Alkohol und 0,l cm3 Wasser sofort eine reichliche weisae Fallung. Nikrohydrierung. 5,856 mg Subst. in 3 cm3 Eisessig mit Katalysator aus 10 mg Platinoxyd hydriert verbrsuchten 0,530 cm3 H, (24,1°, 724 mrn) = 97,OoL, der Theorie fur eine Doppelbindung. Das Hydrierungsprodukt gab keine Farbenreaktion nach R a g i und Miescher und keine Gelbflrbung mit Tetranitromethan. Die Analysen wurden in unserer mikroanalytischen Abteilung von Hrn. W .
