Stereotactic radiosurgery to the resection bed for intracranial metastases and risk of leptomeningeal carcinomatosis

Abstract: ObjectFollowing resection of a brain metastasis, stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) to the cavity is an emerging alternative to postoperative whole-brain radiation therapy (WBRT).
