Abstract:The aim of the present minireview is to summarize and discuss recent advances in the field of stereoselective synthesis of azacycles. The focus is on studies that appeared in the last two years to illustrate recent trends with a handful of examples from 2019 highlighting an important field of enantioselective chemistry. Results collected and discussed here show that syntheses catalyzed by late transition metals of group 8-11 afford products in high yield with high stereoselectivity, often under mild reaction c… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
