Abstract: Then three pages later on page 316 there is section 7.26 'Habitual' which begins: The last aspect to be discussed is the habitual, which, unlike the progressive, extends an event from without. Habitual aspect indicates the persistence of an event irrespective of time, unlike the progressive, which signals extended action within a temporal interval.
