Abstract:Stent-graft migration and type I endoleak are major complications after endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR). We present a case of an 88-year-old female patient with a 56-mm-diameter progredient infrarenal AAA, with severely angulated proximal aneurysm neck and iliac arteries.
