Stent Fitting using Cylindrical Affine Transformation Model for Pulmonary Artery

Abstract: The stents are becoming widely used as percutaneous interventions of pulmonary artery are progressively replacing conventional open heart surgeries. Presently, X-ray images of pulmonary artery i.e. angiograms are visually inspected by physician to determine the proper stent size. The size estimation of stent done preoperative which has not been assessed so far, is studied in this paper.
