Stay Home and Stay Active? The impact of stay-at-home restrictions on physical activity routines in the UK during the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract: Government restrictions applied during the COVID-19 pandemic in the UK led to the disruption of many people's physical activity routines, with sports and leisure facilities closed and outdoor exercise only permitted once per day.
