Status ustrojowy parlamentu Grenlandii

Abstract: The author analyzes the problem of the political position of the Parliament of Greenland. It is an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark, which functions on the basis of the assumptions of the parliamentary system of the government. The new Act on Greenland Self-Government of 2009 has increased the degree of the existent autonomy.
