Status of Red Blood Cell Indices in Iron Deficiency Anemia and β Thalassaemia Trait: A Comparative Study

Abstract: Background: Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) and b  thalassemia trait (b -TT) are the two important differential diagnosis of microcytic hypochromic anaemia.
