Abstract:Bacterial entomopathogens, especially Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), are the most popular entomopathogen in bacteria worldwide, thanks to their toxin genes and high virulence. In this context, to develop an alternative to chemical pesticides used to control agricultural and forest pest insects, Bt has been isolated from soils and many insects, and products in the form of formulations have been prepared.
