Background: National Health Insurance is the government's effort to increase public access to health care services. As the implementer of the National Health Insurance, the Outpatient Unit of Haji General Hospital, Surabaya has undergone the decrease of contribution beneficiaries’ visits from 2010-2013. This condition indicates a decrease in health care utilization by the low-income community.Aim: This study aims to identify the correlation between health care demands and health care utilization by the contribution beneficiary patients.Method: The study was an observational analytic using a cross-sectional design. A systematic random sampling technique was used to determine the sample of the study. The respondents were 74 contribution beneficiary patients who possessed a district government free care scheme and had ever utilized the health care services at the Outpatient Unit of Haji General Hospital, Surabaya, and at least 13 years old. The data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed with Spearman and Chi-Square tests (α =0.05).Results: Health status, insurance needs, additional costs, gender, ethnicity, education, and income did not have a significant correlation with the health care service utilization by the contribution beneficiary patients at the Outpatient Unit of Haji General Hospital. It was identified that the older the people are, the higher the frequency of health care utilization is. Besides, service time was proven to be the determinants of health care utilization (p = 0.006).Conclusion: The most influential factors in utilizing the health care services by contribution beneficiary patients are service time and age. Based on those factors, the Haji General Hospital requires to improve its services and service timeliness for the elderly contribution beneficiary patients.Keywords: demand, contribution beneficiary patients, utilization.

The low ability of mothers to express and store breast milk causes unreached exclusive breastfeeding, which has an impact on the quality of next generation and on the national economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of Breastfeeding Management Posters on the Ability of Mothers to Give Expressed Breast Milk and Its Storage to Increase the Success of Exclusive Breastfeeding for Working Mothers in Ketapang Village, East Kotawaringin Regency.The research design was a one group pre-post test design with a pre-experimental approach. Respondents were taken by purposive sampling technique that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria with a sample of 30 people. The independent variable is the mother's ability to give expressed breast milk and its storage to increase the success of exclusive breastfeeding in working mothers and the dependent variable is the breast milk management poster. Data was analyzed by the Wilcoxon test.The results showed that prior to the distribution of breast milk management posters, it was known that the majority of respondents 20 (67%) were in the incapacitated category. After giving out milk management posters, it was found that almost all respondents 28 (93%) were in the capable category.The results of data analysis show that the significance level is 0.000 < α = 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus there is an Effectiveness of Breast Milk Management Poster on the Ability of Mothers to Give Expressed Breast Milk and Its Storage to Increase the Success of Exclusive Breastfeeding for Working Mothers in Ketapang Village, East Kotawaringin Regency.Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that posters on management of breast milk are effective in increasing the ability of mothers to express breast milk and store it to increase the success of exclusive breastfeeding in working mothers.

Infertility is a problem for some couples of childbearing age in Indonesia. This problem affects one-third of married couples, yet the discussion regarding infertility has not been thoroughly heard. This research focuses on introducing infertility to the general public, intending to transform the general perspective, so the problems that occur in the couple's household will not be disrupted with misinformed myths surrounding infertility. The idea is to deliver information through an interactive story that involves the user in choosing the storyline. The research methodology used combines qualitative methods through observations on infertility online forums and Focus Group Discussions. The quantitative methodology was carried out in two stages, before testing the prototype to obtain public perceptions of infertility, then again after the prototype test to measure users’ immersion using a Likert scale. The study revealed that conveying problems through a story that requires user involvement in selecting storylines affects readers' immersion in digesting educational reading content.
