This chapter presents one of the ways of solving a problem ensuring reliability reducing instability and emergence of the power generators during its work. Its way use hybrid electro-optic sensors (HFOS) with capacitive mechanical sensors at their structure of the fault diagnosis system of hydro generators for measurement parameters of machine mechanical defects as quality parameters of air gap, shaft out, core compression ratio and other. So this chapter also contains: principle of measurement of the sensor, which based on measuring the mutual displacement of the flatness of the generator structural element relative to coplanar sensor electrodes surface; the design principle for developing HFOS with capacitive mechanical sensor which combines the benefits of microelectronic and fiber-optic technology; determination response characteristics of the sensitive sensor (capacitive sensors with coplanar electrodes) of HFOS for monitoring air gap defects and power accumulators of core clamping system and system of control; analytical calculations and experimental studies of air gap HFOS with the AD7746 at its operating excitation frequency using; optimum geometry calculation of air gap sensor electrodes for bulb hydro generators type SGK 538/160-70М; analyze application the air gap HFOS for the control system in the bulb hydro generators type SGK 538/160-70М.

Апстракт -У раду се анализира F-T дијаграм парцијалних пражњења као савремени приступ анализи података парцијалних пражњења на високонапонским крупним генераторима. Ради потребног разумевања појава дата је дефиниција појединих типова парцијалних пражњења. Савремена F-T анализа импулса подразумева израчунавање његове ефективне фреквенције и времена трајања које су карактеристичне за поједини улазни импулс, односно тип пражњења. Допринос овој методи је дат преко нумеричке симулације и експерименталне потврде процеса парцијалних пражњења односно токова импулса наелектрисања и напона. Симулиран је високонапонски објекат са расподељеним параметрима при чему се пражњење дешава у првом случају непосредно код прикључака напајања и мерно-спрежне јединице а у другом удаљено 10% електрично гледано по дубини импедансе објекта. Електрични параметри објекта су узети према могућим параметрима електро-генератора. Резултати показују да је мерење протока импулса наелектрисања далеко поузданији начин од мерења напонских импулса парцијалних пражњења. Изведен је експеримент на крупном хидрогенератору који је потврдио резултате симулације. Са друге стране показани су разлози расипања вредности на F-T дијаграму. Compared with changing the structure of a motor that has been manufactured, changing the type of stator winding is an economical and time-saving method to reduce the vibration and noise. Thus, a concentric single-double-layer star-delta (CSDLSD) winding for an induction motor is described in this paper with the aim of reducing the noise of the motor. By planning the turns relationship between the two parts of the winding, the harmonic component of the air-gap magnetic field can be decreased. Besides this, through adjusting the turns ratio in each slot of concentric winding per phase respectively, the waveform of the air-gap magnetic field becomes closer to a sinusoidal type. Three motors equipped with the CSDLSD winding and another two types of stator winding were analyzed. The theoretical analysis and the two-dimensional finite element method (2D-FEM) were combined to study the relationship between the harmonics of the air-gap magnetic field and the stator winding. Finally, a 2D fast Fourier transformation (2D-FFT) method was used to obtain the time-frequency spectrum of the air-gap flux density and electromagnetic excitation force, and compared with a natural vibration wave. The noise distribution was obtained using the harmonic response. The results of the theoretical analysis, 2D-FEM, 2D-FFT, and harmonic response corroborate each other such that the motor applying CSDLSD winding could reduce both the vibration and noise.
