The present study was conducted for the purposes of analyzing how college students' perceived body image, who are engaged in sports activities, influences self-esteem, exercise flow, and psychological well-being and examining their correlations. Furthermore, this study intends to contribute to the sports industry by providing objective evidence of how being engaged in sports activities actually facilitate self-esteem and psychological well-being. A questionnaire survey was created to collect data based on the question items used in the previous studies. A total of 280 questionnaires were distributed to college students who had experience participating in sports activities or are currently participating. Eliminating incomplete questionnaires, 256 questionnaires were analyzed. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were carried out. The results are as follows: 1) Perceived body image of college students involved in sports activities positively affects psychological well-being. 2) Perceived body image has a positive effect on self-esteem, 3) Perceived body image positively influences exercise flow, 4) Self-esteem has a positive impact on exercise flow, and 5) Self-esteem shows a positive effect on psychological well-being. To confirm the physical and psychological effects of being engaged in sports activities, more elaborate research models are required to explore and explain deeper relations between the variables of this study.

Intoxication is the deterioration of body functions due to different toxic substances. Poisoning by drugs constitutes an important part of all poisonings. Symptoms such as altered consciousness, tachycardia/bradycardia, or hypertension/hypotension may be seen because the cardiovascular system is affected. Changes in clinical findings and ECG may be revealed according to the degree of heart involvement. Rapid recognition and effective intervention by the emergency physician are of great importance. This review considers the use of ECG in the management of poisoned patients. Systematic evaluation of the ECG in a patient followed up with poisoning is essential for details that may be overlooked. Velocity, rhythm, intervals, and segments, QRS, wave morphologies, durations, ischemic changes should be followed carefully. When performing rhythm analysis, clues to drug cardiotoxicity should be sought in unstable patients. Are there ectopic beats on the EKG? The answer to this question may carry important clues. Automaticity caused by sympathomimetics may underlie ectopic beats. This may be the first sign of a problem caused by acute coronary syndrome or electrolyte disturbances. Is the rhythm supraventricular? or ventricular? Is bradycardia with AV block? Or without AV block? Is tachycardia narrow complex? Or is it a large complex? Answers to questions such as: For life-threatening rhythms, ventricular tachycardia, ventricular fibrillation, and complete AV-block, the guidelines developed should be followed, and first intervention should be made. Agents that can cause tachycardia; are sympathomimetics (methamphetamine), anticholinergics (antidepressants, antipsychotics), class 1A and 1C antidysrhythmics, and TCA. Agents that can cause bradycardia; calcium channel / beta blockers / digoxin (AV block), opioids / ethanol, organophosphates, lithium. Prolonging the PR interval may indicate beta-adrenergic antagonism, calcium channel antagonism, or digoxin poisoning. Typical ECG of TCA poisoning shows sinus tachycardia with first-degree AV block, wide QRS complexes, and positive R' wave in aVR. The ECG should be taken and evaluated in patients presenting with poisoning within the first 10 minutes. Suppose the poisoning agent is an agent that influences the cardiovascular system. In that case, it should be kept in mind that continuous cardiac monitoring and control ECG evaluation should be performed in addition to the application of ECG.

Education in the informal educational environment is very important in terms of be ing able to provide essential knowledge that formal education cannot provide. But the reality is that there is no research on how the study of ISL has been done from the past to the present. Thus, this paper seeks to compare and analyze the recent research trends of paper s relating to ISL published within a specific timeframe. The target research papers for analysi s are based on ISL-related academic dissertations, articles and research reports, which were l ocated via Google and Google Scholar, within the period of 2010 to 2019. Each research pap er was classified into 8 indicators: 'Paper Type', 'ISL Type', 'Research Design', 'Subject of stud y', 'GLO Type' and 'Country', which were then analyzed accordingly and tested for suitability through 'Chi-Square Test'. The study of ISL was led by the United States and the United Kin gdom and there was no significant difference by year. Most of the research samples tended t o converge towards 'Empirical research articles' and 'Position papers', with studies on ISL als o mostly containing information related to advice, recommendation and support. It was found that the researchers were using ISL in order to pursue 'Knowledge and Understanding' and 'Attitudes and Values', of the 5 indicators of the 'GLO'. In contrast, they were found to have the least expectations for 'Skills' and 'Enjoyment, Inspiration and Creativity', suggesting the n eed for future improvement in these areas. Although this paper suffers from limitation with r egards to time period as it focuses on research work published from 2010 to 2019, it attem pts to suggest a direction for program development and research for various educational prac titioners working in 'ISL'. Also, it hopes to provide a good opportunity for institutions using 'ISL' in the field, as well as teachers and future researchers.
