Statistical Analysis of Influencing Factors of Traffic Accidents Based on Data Mining

Abstract

To mine the complex association relationship between the influencing factors of traffic accidents, a scheme of statistical analysis using association data mining method was proposed. Firstly, the traffic accident information elements are subdivided to generate the association rule mining process for accident cause analysis. Then the conceptual model was used to optimize and improve the Apriori algorithm to obtain a new multi-dimensional Apriori model. The star type model was used to complete the model construction of road traffic accident database. Finally, based on the traffic accident data provided by the sample city and Weka, a specific analysis was made in this paper combined with the implementation method and data mining examples. The test results showed that the improved mining algorithm can obtain valuable association rules, to scientifically acquire, store and process safety accident data, and to minimize the frequency of traffic accidents in this field.
