Statin Induced Dysuria- A Case Report

Abstract: Statins are a class of hypolipidemic drugs, that are primarily used for the treatment of dyslipidemia and the prevention of cardiovascular disease. ATP III guidelines,2002, recommends that LDL cholesterol be the primary target of therapy, and lipid lowering therapy may be initiated based on evaluation of short term and long term cardiovascular risk(1).
