Statement of the problem of improving the psychological culture of the leaders of the bodies of internal affairs

Abstract

The article highlights the need for a detailed study of the problem of the psychological culture of the leaders of the internal affairs bodies, which is a complex systemic education consisting of different components. The data of the conducted group standardized focused interview with the psychologists of the units dealing with the personnel of the internal affairs bodies on the level of psychological culture and the autopsychological competence of the heads of the internal affairs bodies are given.
