State of Psychological Contract in India: Managing the ‘New Deal’

Abstract: The article explores the contents of psychological contract in the light of changes that has taken place in India and considering the dynamic nature of psychological contract. A shift in obligations from both sides has been observed. A multiple method approach is used involving: semi-structured interviews, focus group discussions, the Delphi method and surveys.
