Abstract:The effect of histamine and quercetin, as well as their combined effect on the activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase and the content of reduced glutathione in the blood plasma of rats was studied. It was found that the addition to the blood of quercetin at a concentration of 0.1; 0.3; 0.5; 1.0; 5.0 mM causes an increase in superoxide dismutase activity.
