Staphylococcus epidermidis Permanent Pacemaker Lead Infection Presenting as Right Atrial Mass and Fever of Unknown Origin

Abstract: Two cases of pacemaker lead infection presenting as fever of unknown origin are described. The diagnosis was eventually made by serial echocardiography.
