Standardized single-stage laparoscopic Fowler-Stephens orchiopexy regardless of testis position

Abstract: Background/Purpose: It is generally perceived that a primary laparoscopic orchiopexy has superior outcomes due to preservation of the testicular artery, and thus should be the choice when achievable.
