Standardized Patients

Abstract: Standardized or simulated patients (SPs) are individuals purposefully coached to collaborate with healthcare educators and trainees on the teaching and practicing of learner clinical skills primarily focused on patient–clinician communication, medical interviewing, and physical exam skills.
