Standardization of Taqwa (Piety) Scale for Muslims: An Exploratory Study

Abstract: Taqwa (piety) is a construct in Islamic psychology. It correlates with a large number of behavior such as sustainable capacity building, Islamic leadership, employees’ happiness, and workplace deviance.
