Abstract: EXECUTIVE SUMMARYThis Final Report compiles all the work carried out at the Center for Power Electronics Systems (CPES), corresponding to the "Standard-Cell, Open-Architecture Power Conversion Systems" project sponsored by the Office of Naval Research (ONR).
