Abstract: Précis: Both Xen gel Microstent implantation and Kahook Dual Blade (KDB) goniotomy are safe and effective as stand-alone procedures, but the Xen Gel Microstent was associated with more postoperative interventions and achieved higher success at a lower intraocular pressure threshold.
