Stakeholders and Critical Factors in the Brazilian Government´ s Public Private Partnerships

Abstract: This study identifies the relationship between stakeholders and critical success factors in the Brazilian Government Public Private Partnerships (PPPs). We have studied two Brazilian Government PPPs using an exploratory and descriptive qualitative approach. Stakeholders were categorized based on the Mitchell et al. (1997) and Frooman (1999) models.
