Abstract:Although prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) PET/CT has been shown valuable for staging biopsy-proven [B(1)] high-risk prostate cancer, elderly patients are occasionally referred for PSMA PET/CT without a preimaging confirming biopsy [B( 2)].
