Stage 2 hypertension in a child with a rapidly enlarging kidney: question

Abstract: Case summarySevere headache, vomiting, and blurred vision preceded confusion, irrational behaviours and afebrile generalized tonic-clonic seizures by 3 days in this 11-year-old boy. All four seizure episodes occurred within 24 h and before hospital arrival. Each episode lasted 3-5 min.
