Staffing of tourist and excursion services for event events in rural areas of the Rostov region

Abstract

The study examines the aspects of providing event industry organizations with personnel for the development of event tourism, including for tourist and excursion services for events held in rural areas of the Rostov region. Currently, there is an obvious need to activate students in terms of obtaining practical skills directly in the process of holding event events. The authors noted the main directions of the problem under discussion, as well as some ways to solve it.
