Abstract:We report the stabilization of all-aqueous droplets upon addition of ethanol, which were further transformed into robust capsules. An all-aqueous emulsion consisting of dextran (Dex)-rich droplets in a polyethylene glycol (PEG)-rich continuous phase was used as templates.
